Privacy policy

Last updated 22 October 2026.

This policy is from Eco Echo Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN 48 678 396 597), or "we". We run Flashmark. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect

When you fill in our form, we collect:

  • Your name, email, phone number and company name.
  • Your team size and industry.
  • What you tell us about your work.
  • The page you were on, and the ad or link that brought you there.

When you call us, we collect:

  • Your phone number, and the time and length of the call.
  • The page or ad that led you to call.

We don't record our calls.

When you use our site, we collect:

  • The pages you visit and how long you stay.
  • The type of device and browser you use, and your rough location.
  • The ads you saw or clicked before you came to us.

Cookies and tracking

We use two tools to see how people find and use our site:

  • CallRail shows a phone number that tells us which page or ad led to your call. It saves a small file in your browser (a cookie).
  • Vercel Analytics counts visits and shows which pages people use. It doesn't use cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to you and talk about your work.
  • To know which pages and ads help people find us.
  • To make our site and our ads better.
  • To stop spam on our form.

We don't sell your details.

Emails from us

We may send you emails about our work. Each one has a link you can click to stop them.

Who else sees it

We use trusted services to run our business. They only use your details to do their job for us.

  • Vercel hosts our site and counts visits.
  • Resend sends your form to our inbox by email.
  • CallRail tracks calls, as above.
  • We keep your details in our customer list (a CRM). We use an email tool to send our emails.
  • Neon stores a scrambled code made from your IP address (your device's number on the internet). We use it for a short time to stop spam. It's kept in Sydney.

Some of these services may keep data in other countries, like the US.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and call records. We keep them for as long as we need them to run our business.

See or fix your details

You can ask to see the details we hold about you. You can also ask us to fix or delete them.

To ask, email george@ecoecho.com.au or call us on 0458 916 714.

Complaints

If you have a worry, tell us first. We will try to fix it. Still not happy? You can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Ready for lift-off?
