    Design

    We plan how your tool will work and show you how it will look. It's free.

    After the first call, we plan how your tool will work. We build a simple version of the screens, so you can see how it will look.

    Join a second call. We show you the plan, and you tell us what is right and what is not.
    What you get
    A clear picture of your tool, before you pay.

    Cost assessment

    You get one fixed price. Then you say yes or no.

    We work out one fixed price, and the date your tool will be ready.
    What you do
    Read it and decide. Not quite right? We can rework the plan until we're both happy. If you say no, you owe us nothing.

    A fixed price and a time frame, agreed up front. No hourly bills. No surprises.

Why is the first part free?

We want you to see the plan before you pay. It also helps us give you a fair, fixed price.

What if I say no at the price step?

Then we stop there. You owe us nothing.

How much of my time does it take?

Not much. A 30-minute call to start, by phone or video. Then a second call to see the plan. Later, a few short check-ins to try the test version.

What if I need changes later?

Small changes are part of your care plan. Bigger ones start a new, smaller diamond, with its own fixed price.

Why is it called a double diamond?

It's a way designers work. Each diamond opens up to look at lots of ideas, then narrows down to the best one.
